Iridium is the only hand-held satellite telephone to connect you to the whole of the world. It delivers essential communications services to and from remote areas where no other form of communication is available.

The phone is small, lightweight and easy-to-use, with inexpensive call charges. Iridium is capable ofvoice, fax, data and SMS communication. The standard data rate is 2.4 kbps, however, an increased rate is available by using the Direct Internet Service.
